Cancellation & Refund Policy


All consultation bookings are cancellable on request. Once a request is placed via email to with the booking ID & payment confirmation details, you will be provided the refund within 3 working days to the same bank account from which payment was done.

  • Cash refunds will not be possible.
  • Refund requests must be placed at least 12 hours before appointment slot for eligibility
  • No-show for appointment will not be eligible for refund
  • If no-show, you can reschedule the appointment upto the appointment time
Refunds (if applicable)
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
