Cancellation & Refund Policy
All consultation bookings are cancellable on request. Once a request is placed via email to email@example.com with the booking ID & payment confirmation details, you will be provided the refund within 3 working days to the same bank account from which payment was done.
- Cash refunds will not be possible.
- Refund requests must be placed at least 12 hours before appointment slot for eligibility
- No-show for appointment will not be eligible for refund
- If no-show, you can reschedule the appointment upto the appointment time
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
